Kolpak 2 LP is an advanced machine for packing tea in stick or pyramid shaped bags, with a capacity of up to 3300 pieces per hour. This machine enables single-line packaging of pyramid tea bags, integrating the forming and filling processes using heat-sealable foil.
The machine can be connected to other machines via a conveyor belt for synchronized or independent operation. There is also the option of manually inserting bags onto the dosing belt or connecting to an automatic packaging machine, which allows greater flexibility. It is equipped with a PLC touch screen control panel with error diagnostics and a memory for 30 programs, ensuring ease of use and high reliability in the production of high-quality packaged tea.
