The KOLMAN labeling machine provides an efficient solution for applying labels to conical bottles. This machine uses self-adhesive labels from a roll and enables fast and accurate labeling. The conical bottles are transported on a conveyor belt to the station where the labeling process itself is performed. The capacity of this machine varies depending on the model and can reach between 1500 and 5000 pieces per hour.
In addition to the standard equipment that includes a label counter, a servo drive, and 30 memory locations, the KOLMAN labeler also offers functions such as electrical determination of the distance between the label and the counter label. A bottle adding system with an adjustable gap allows precise sorting of bottles before the labeling process. Error detection on the control panel ensures reliable operation of the machine, while the touch screen control panel facilitates the control and adjustment of parameters.
The machine also offers a variety of customization options, including the ability to integrate an ink jet or TTO printer for additional labeling of bottles. Options such as the input and output roto table and the orientation of the label in relation to the bottle provide additional flexibility and adaptability to the production process.
