For plastic tubes, the LEISTER hot air welding system is used, ensuring a reliable and solid connection. After filling and capping, the excess horizontal weld is cut off, and the tubes are ejected from the machine, ready for further processing and distribution.
The machine is equipped with error diagnostics on the control panel, which facilitates the detection of possible problems in the operation of the machine for quick intervention. With 30 memory locations for program storage, the machine allows easy switching between different settings and production series.
