The KOLMAN labeling machine is a sophisticated machine designed for precise double-sided application of labels to various bottle shapes, including round, square and elliptical. This machine uses roll-fed self-adhesive labels, ensuring fast and efficient application to bottles passing through the machine. The bottles are transported on a conveyor belt to the labeling station, where the labels are precisely applied to the appropriate positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before the labeling process, the bottles are aligned and fixed to ensure consistency in label placement. The machine is equipped with a top conveyor that further supports this process. With a capacity of up to 6000 pieces per hour, this labeler enables high productivity in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard equipment includes a label counter, a servo drive for precise process control, 30 program memory locations, bottle sorting technology, a bottle alignment system and error detection via a touch-sensitive control panel. In addition, options such as ink jet or TTO printers and additional rotary tables provide additional flexibility and functionality of the machine according to specific production needs. With the possibility of only transporting the bottles through labeling, the machine enables various modes of operation and adaptability in the production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
